The company, how we work, what our objectives are
Scala Reale S.r.l. is based in Casina (RE), on the hills of the Reggio Emilia Apennines, and can be reached by car from the Reggio Emilia motorway exit in about 30 minutes; GPS coordinates: 44.509924,10.508696.
Scala Reale S.r.l. began the production and marketing of moving
elevators in 1992, after four years of designing the first machine model,
patented by the current President Amos Vignali.
The assistance network was managed directly by Scala Reale S.r.l. and
interacted with the design, applying all the improvements developed in the
field: this has made it possible to achieve high levels of reliability for
each product.
The range of machines is constantly growing and currently the choice of
vehicles on which to mount the lifts is the most complete on the market,
for heights of up to 36 meters.
The administrators of Scala Reale S.r.l. they are the engineers Davide
Vignali and Christian Vignali.
How we work
All components are designed and built by internal staff, who have gained many years of specific experience in the factory. Only the complete interaction between those who repair, design and produce can allow the achievement of the highest quality levels.
Production of a ladder package
The ladder packages, composed of extruded aluminum elements with
matrices made specifically for our products, are assembled through an
artisanal process that guarantees meticulous care in assembly.
The production of each detail takes place with a machining centre,
which guarantees a precision of half a hundredth of a millimeter for
each drilling or milling.
The welding of the various components is carried out using the latest
generation collaborative robot, to guarantee perfect execution and
repeatability, with particular attention to energy saving.
Finally, for truck-mounted lifts, our technicians carry out the
installation project and set up of the vehicle. In this way, is
guaranteed the perfect harmony between the lift and the vehicle that
will transport it.
The after-sales service makes our knowledge available to the Customer and
provides direct support to the solution of any problem, so that for a long
time he can count on the full efficiency of the product purchased.
All this is aimed at achieving our main goal:
